PsychoGenics Appoints John McCall, Ph.D. as Newest Member to its
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)
This Appointment Reflects the Company’s
Expansion into Drug Discovery and Development

PsychoGenics Inc., announces the appointment of John McCall, Ph.D., as a
member of its Scientific Advisory Board, reflecting the company’s
growth in the areas of Drug Discovery and Development.
Dr. McCall has over thirty years experience in the pharmaceutical
industry including senior positions held at Pfizer, as Senior Vice
President of Pfizer Global Research, Site Head for Pfizer Chicago, for
Pharmacia and Upjohn as Vice President of Global Discovery Chemistry,
Global Vice President Discovery Chemistry, and for Upjohn as Head of CNS
and Head of Chemistry. Dr. McCall is currently the President of PharMac
LLC, providing consulting services for drug discovery, project
management, project evaluation, and research organization, to the
pharmaceutical industry. He chairs the Spinal Muscular Atrophy project
for NINDS and is a partner in the Apjohn Group.

Head of the Laboratory of Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience at
Rockefeller University; Dr Ronald Duman, Professor of the Departments of
Psychiatry and Pharmacology at Yale University School of Medicine; Dr
Rene Hen, Professor of Pharmacology at the Columbia University Center of
Neurobiology and Behavior; Dr George Koob, Director of the Division of
Psychopharmacology at Scripps Research Institute; Dr Richard Paylor,
Professor of the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor
College of Medicine; and Dr Berend Olivier, Director or PsychoGenics’
European Operation and Chairman and Professor of the Department of
Psychopharmacology at Utrecht University.
