With the uniquely Thai ambience of Aksra Theatre, we hope to attract more inbound MICE groups to add to the domestic MICE clientele, and the hotel will benefit from the incremental room nights as a result

Pullman Bangkok King Power hotel, the first Pullman hotel in the world, reconfirms its positioning in the MICE market and has partnered with Aksra Theatre at King Power Complex in downtown Bangkok to become the only hotel to cater to events at the theatre.

The award-winning hotel plans to improve its offerings by introducing Aksra Theatre as one of the venue options for its clients in addition to the existing seven conference rooms it has on site. Aksra Theatre is connected to the hotel and has a capacity to accommodate 600 people in a theatre setting. It regularly hosts the renowned Joe Louis Puppet Show, concerts by Thai and international artists, stage performances, events, and international conferences. Its elegant traditional Thai Baroque-inspired architecture, coupled with state-of-the-art conference technology, has made it a perfect venue for many different types of events.

"We are delighted to be able to offer Aksra Theatre as a venue option for our clients. It provides our clients a totally different ambience. Our team of event professionals will work closely with the team at Aksra Theatre and will be able to ensure that your events will be very successful." commented Marc Begassat, General Manager of Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel.

Since its launch in early 2008, Pullman Bangkok King Power has been well-received among travelers for its oasis of calm in its guest rooms, convivial hospitality and its connectivity which enables guests to stay in touch with their business and life, all of which are trademarks of the Pullman brand. The 386-room modern looking hotel is located at a prime location in the centre of Downtown Bangkok, and in the middle of a major shopping district with easy access to public transport and the airport. Business travelers will appreciate the fully equipped meeting and conference facilities. The fashionable bars and restaurants, high end spa, and access to the only duty free mall in town make for a unique travel experience. The hotel also has a business centre with support staff, computer facilities, WIFI internet access, and secretarial services to ensure the business travelers are as comfortable as possible.

"With the uniquely Thai ambience of Aksra Theatre, we hope to attract more inbound MICE groups to add to the domestic MICE clientele, and the hotel will benefit from the incremental room nights as a result," added Mr. Begassat.
