Purezza water filter system was the recent winner of the 2010 Fine Food Show Best New Product Award.

The Purezza Premium Water System turns ordinary tap water into premium filtered still water or sparkling water, which is then served in customised and refillable water bottles.
Purezza is based on a unique turnkey system that provides an in-depth analysis of operators’ water and a tailoring of water filtration solutions. It aims to help restaurateurs, café and bar owners reduce their carbon footprint by eliminating the transportation, storage and refrigeration costs associated with traditional prepackaged bottled water, enabling them to minimise waste and their environmental footprint.
Simon Read, Purezza Product Manager says: “We believe this system is a first of its kind for the Australian food industry, offering a new water filter item and source of revenue that will revolutionise water serving and drinking. Operators will no longer need to order, store or refrigerate prepackaged water bottles, which will help reduce costs while still enabling them to serve patrons premium quality water and ultimately help to protect our planet. The system has been tried and tested in the US and Europe by some of the world’s leading restaurants and hotels and we look forward to delivering it to Australia’s top restaurants.”
Purezza water filter system was the recent winner of the 2010 Fine Food Show “Best New Product Award”, and is available in a choice of counter top or under bench units with an elegant three-way tap system. The high grade stainless steel product will enhance any front of house or kitchen décor, while still being compact and space-efficient.
The complete water filtration and dispensing system provides three types of filtered water —ambient still, chilled still and chilled sparkling – on demand and straight from the tap, supported by top level service and maintenance from Culligan water filter engineers.
Restaurant patrons will experience fresh premium water at little cost, served in designer Purezza branded bottles. The bottles are supplied with operator branded stickers to seal the lids, retaining carbonation and reassuring diners of water quality.
The system ensures that essential water minerals are retained while the chemicals and contaminants that can affect taste and odour are removed (independently certified by NSF International), ensuring high quality, crystal clear drinking water.
