The Pursuant Group, Inc., a leader in fundraising technology services, today announced that it has acquired the operations of Viscern, Inc. parent company of Ketchum, Inc. and Resource Services, Inc. (RSI) from Waypoint Capital, formerly Flinn Asset Management.
