Today Q-FI Solutions, a privately held technology firm, announced the launch of version 1.2 Q-FI survey platform. Q-FI Solutions was founded by seasoned research professionals in 2011 and pre-released its comprehensive online survey platform in October 2013. Many users have already used Q-FI’s superior design capabilities that support video recording, heatmaps, file uploading and numerous survey question types to deliver visually appealing and engaging online surveys that reduce turnaround time and operating expenses.
The latest version of the software platform has extended its mobile support with the addition of a new mobile optimized designer and interviewing engine; this allows users to preview how surveys will render on mobile devices before going live. Q-FI also includes device detection and the ability to access reports on what devices respondents use to take a survey. Other updates in V1.2 include a new accounts overview dashboard for admins, email triggers to send notifications and attach reports based on custom conditions, advanced survey looping capabilities and a new and improved drag-and-drop publisher module to design and share customized mobile optimized reports on ad-hoc projects in record time. Additionally Q-FI has included a new and improved design environment where users can customize different elements and fresh interface for advanced logic.
“It is evident that it is being designed by people who understand MR," commented a user.
Company Chief Innovation Officer Rafael Mangra added: “we really appreciate our early adopters’ support and input. Our system is designed for agile and rapid development and we’ll continue to tailor and improve our products and provide impactful solutions to drive innovation based on users’ needs. We are very excited about the additional enhancements that are under development and will be introduced soon, for instance the integration of our conjoint and Max Diff capabilities and scripting enhancements for advanced users."
