Our goal now is to be both a leading e-commerce and m-commerce company

International direct selling company, QNet has cemented its decade-long reputation as a leader in e-commerce by launching multi-platform mobile applications for its million-plus global customers.
Following recent launches on the iPhone and Nokia platforms at the company’s annual convention in June earlier this year, QNet this week announced their m-commerce business application for leading mobile phone operating systems BlackBerry through BB App World, and the Android platform through Android Market.
QNet Chief Information Officer, Malick Aboobakar, said the company’s distributors would be able to embrace a truly mobile and global business by utilising the virtual office application to conduct their independent direct selling and network marketing business.
“Our mobile solution allows our distributors to login to their account with their phone to gain easy access to their business information, such as commissions, business developments, and critical functions to enable them to conduct their business on-the-go, which is so important for a networker,” he said.
Mr Aboobakar said the new applications would also allow distributors and customers to see and review product information, pictures and prices, and be updated on the state of their business at anytime.
“Additionally, we are now developing downloadable Business Tools applications for our mobile solutions platform. This will further help us to better serve our customers and distributors in an engaging, intelligent and secure manner using high-end technology that is comprehensive in its ability, while remaining simple and easy for the user.”
As well as being certified by Verizon Cybertrust and utilising industry-leading VeriSign EVSSL security, QNet has also implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) in the transaction process. This, said Mr Aboobakar, improved online security for all its distributors, whose business is powered by a totally e-commerce platform.
QNet, which has customers in more than 100 countries around the globe, was lauded by Microsoft as a pioneer in the e-commerce business in 2003, when the company was the first of its kind to combine a 100% e-commerce platform with the direct selling business model.
“Our goal now is to be both a leading e-commerce and m-commerce company,” added Mr Aboobakar.
The QNet Mobile Solution for all platforms is accessible via mobile web browser, 2-Way SMS and App that can be downloaded on to the mobile phone. Users may search their smart phones' Application Store/Market for the word 'QNet' to download and install the App.
