Adding Depth and Capabilities to Mobile Apps
Already in 2012, QuickMobile has introduced a number of new tools that add depth and capabilities to the company’s mobile event apps and demonstrate the company’s flexibility.
- New Surveys and Polls tools allow users to create a variety of fully branded, multi-question surveys and quick-response polls that are delivered to attendees’ mobile devices. - QuickMobile’s “SmartConnect” technology allows users to receive data updates in the background without interruption to their experience. In addition, if a Wi-Fi connection is busy or unavailable at a conference venue, end-user messages or responses are cached in the app until an adequate connection is restored.
- A new Analytics Dashboard delivers hourly updates of key analytics captured from event attendees’ use of QuickMobile’s mobile meeting apps, providing event owners with access to real-time data to help them make educated and strategic decisions about their events.
- In partnership with event industry thought leaders Corbin Ball and James Spellos, QuickMobile introduced TechSpec, a free iPhone and Android app that makes site visits and comparisons easier and more efficient for industry professionals.
