While RAI is designed to fund non-profits throughout the United States, it is a real blessing to be able to fund a local church.

Realty Alliance Incorporated (RAI), a national real estate referral company, is pleased to announce two donations totaling $3,062 to Rock Spring Church. These donations were possible because of RAI’s unique approach to providing funding to non-profits through real estate transactions. The main goal of RAI is to provide funding for America’s non-profits through real estate transactions. Any designated 501(c) organization can utilize these resources to drive fundraising efforts at their organization with no cost to the non-profit.

This unique real estate referral company was the concept of veteran Real Estate Broker Jim Stakem and Settlement Attorney Mike Briel. Jim and Mike believe that modern businesses can find ways to make a profit and also give back to the community.

“While RAI is designed to fund non-profits throughout the United States, it is a real blessing to be able to fund a local church,” said Jim Stakem, Co-Founder of RAI. He continued to say, “In these tough economic times being able to support non-profit organizations, which give so much to the community, is very rewarding.”

Adam Shively, a local partner real estate agent, provided his professional real estate services in conjunction with these donations. Adam, who has been a real estate agent for the past 9 years said, "It has been an amazing experience to be fortunate enough to give back to the communities I serve and thank the numerous organizations serving our area with generous contributions to their causes. It really brings a human perspective to business and warms the heart each and every time RAI is involved in a transaction.

The Rock Spring Church serves the Kearneysville, WV area and has a total congregation of approximately 300. In addition to church services Rock Spring Church provides pre-school through first grade education in partnership with We Disciples School, sponsors youth basketball leagues, and plans to start an indoor tennis program in the near future.

Pastor Lowrey said, “We are a young church and the contributions from RAI were a welcomed blessing,” he continued to say, “Recently resources have been tight, and programs like this provide us the resources to continue to provide for the community.”
