The Luxury Market Council of Southern California along with Kramer and Martin, Prudential California Realty to host private event Rancho Ojala on December 9, 2009 in Rancho Santa Fe, California with a goal to collect 500 books to donate to Foster Youth.
The private event named Rancho Ojala which means to hope and/or God willing plans to collect books that will be donated to Foster Youth in Southern California. The evening will boast the finest display of quintessential luxury living in Rancho Santa Fe, CA with many participants and members of the Luxury Marketing Council hosted by President, Cynthia Karel and Cathleen Shera of Kramer and Martin. Guests will view and tour the historical Architecture of Holcombe Design's while enjoying the 3 acre, 10,000 square foot compound decorated for the holiday season by Richard of Décor with Distinction. Local chefs, Premiere Event Caterers and Dinners By David will serve gourmet hors d'ouvers to guests. Throughout the evening, Wine Sommelier, Eddie Osterland will direct the tasting's of fine wines from around the world, hosted by Quintessential Wines and Event Beverage Solutions. The beautiful heated outdoor estancia will feature Cigar and Chocolate Connoisseur, Payne Mason. Many more surprises will include a helicopter provided by Casino Helicopters that will be parked in the estates's private hanger and a full sampling of the latest organic luxury spa and bath products presented in the Master Retreat by Kimberly Parry. The Rancho Ojala event will present luxury lifestyle at its best.
The guests of the luxurious evening will bring a new unwrapped book that will be donated to Foster Youth for the holiday season. Keynote speaker, Daphna Ziman, Founder of Children Uniting Nations will speak on the foster youth mentoring organization and the charitable donations of books given to the non-profit organization. Children Uniting Nations is a proactive organization created to bring attention to the plight of at-risk and foster youth. The goal is to reach as many children in out-of-home care by offering role-model support, guidance, a sense of community and promote the importance of an education. Inspired by the Day of the Child, CUN wanted mentoring to be more accessible to children living in foster care and therefore created a mentoring program to be administered in every city nationwide. The donated books will go into a new Bentley Coupe from Symbolic Motors that will be parked in the motor court of the beautiful estate. Cathleen Shera of Kramer and Martin will announce that the turn-key estate will include the beautiful new Bentley for the new owner of the gorgeous estate.
