“I’m very proud to have trained some of the leading chefs, authors, and teachers in the world of gourmet raw cuisine,” says Soria, “the word is getting out to the mainstream that it is possible to feast on delicious raw vegan foods while still losing weight, feeling younger, and most importantly, having much more energy.”

She creates sumptuous raw vegan desserts for Pastry Arts—Unbaked, an advanced class at the school. Graduate Kirsten Gum's unconventional career has propelled her from reporter/adventurer to Travel Channel host. Her current company, Raw Trips in Ecuador's Sacred Valley, focuses on eco- travel and conscious cuisine. Tina Jo Stephens is active in social media and intends to bring fresh, simple, affordable raw vegan recipes to the mainstream, and Heather Haxo Phillips teaches raw foods classes at both Whole Foods Market and Café Gratitude in the Bay Area.
