Three Internet marketing firms have merged today under the brand Reach Media Group (RMG). RMG is a highly recognized customer acquisition and lead generation company based in Atlanta, Georgia. National Web Leads (NWL), based in Estero, Florida, is a consumer finance focused performance marketing firm and brings to the merger its more than 150 exclusive properties along with the DailyDollar™, a personal finance publishing channel. Applied Cognetics is a respected and industry leading Internet marketing technology solutions, and applications service provider (ASP) firm located in Brooklyn, New York.

As of June 1, 2012 the National Web Leads affiliate network and DailyDollar™ personal finance multi-media publishing channel have merged with Reach Media Group. In addition, a separate entity Applied Cognetics is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reach Media Group. It will continue to deliver innovative technologies and data processing platforms. Reach Media Group’s corporate operations, sales, and marketing functions will remain based at RMG’s corporate headquarters located in Atlanta. RMG’s technology, development and technical support will reside in New York, along with Applied Cognetics, its ASP, technology solutions development and support company.        

With the blending of the three firms’ complementary assets, Reach Media Group is prepared to move forward as an industry leader in performance-based Internet marketing. With the addition of the National Web Leads exclusive web properties, additional publishing relationships, and the proprietary technology gained in the merger, RMG will capitalize on this opportunity and provide lead generation services for advertisers through email, web display, social media, keyword search strategies, mobile marketing, and more.
