To become successful in real estate investing, it will require more money than you’ll want to spend and more work than you’ll want to do. It’s not easy, but it is worth it
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 18, 2012
Cashflow Savvy, founded by Epic Real Estate Investing’s Matt Theriault, kicked off their guaranteed cash flow real estate program in Memphis, TN on July 12th via a complimentary Memphis investment property tour to demonstrate the competency of their team and the reliability of their turn key real estate system. The Cashflow Savvy Property Tour accomplished its mission as it resulted in 100% participation of its prospective clients purchasing at least one income property each.
Matt Theriault, host of one of the more popular real estate investing podcasts on iTunes (http://EpicRealEstateInvesting.com) and full-time real estate investor, co-founded Cashflow Savvy with Mercedes Torres in 2011 after noticing the large number of 65+ year-olds finding themselves financially dependent in their retirement years. It’s Theriault’s belief that the inability for most people to achieve financial independence in retirement lies in their mindset and a failing financial ideology.
“It’s not their fault,” says Theriault. “Residual income is the answer for retirement planning today. Tragically, it’s not taught in any school system that I know of. You have to go figure it out on your own, and when you do... you’ll surprisingly discover that residual income is easier and faster to create than saving large piles of cash, and real estate gives the average person the best chance at creating a stable residual income.”
Theriault goes on to say, “Everybody needs real estate somewhere in their retirement portfolio. Anyone can invest in real estate, but sadly most people don’t. So, if they let me, I’ll do it for them.”
In late 2011, Cashflow Savvy began to take shape. Less than six months later the fledgling company successfully separated itself from the pack of turn key real estate operations by establishing its very own unique identity with an unprecedented offer.
“Knowing that our small operation could easily be overlooked and swallowed up in today’s crowded world of turn key real estate investment companies, we knew we needed to make an impact with an extraordinary offer,” says co-founder Mercedes Torres.
Theriault and Torres came up with the idea of guaranteeing their clients’ cash flow for the first year of property ownership so that they could ease into real estate investing with confidence. Additionally, the two pick up the tab for their clients’ property management for the first year and will conduct free investment property tours for their clients every six to eight weeks.
“We’ve got a great team in place, and we’re so confident of their ability to perform that we’ve put our money where our mouths are,” says Torres. “We run a tight ship and we want our clients to see every detail of how it works so they can have control and confidence in their pursuit of financial freedom.”
This past July 12th, Cashflow Savvy formally launched their turn key real estate investment company with their inaugural Memphis investment property tour. The event began with a Thursday night dinner reception. Friday morning the bus picked up a small group of investors at the luxury boutique Madison Hotel in Downtown Memphis and then proceeded to tour areas of Memphis urban renewal, both pre- and post- rehabbed cash flow income properties, and the headquarters for Cashflow Savvy’s property management. The rest of the day was set aside for both group and private Q&A sessions over some traditional Southern cuisine.
“The tour gave me peace of mind and comfort to make the decision and quickly become a real estate investor with Cashflow Savvy,” says Fernando Ornelas of Culver City, CA.
Ornelas’ sentiments were shared by the entire tour group as within forty-eight hours of the tours conclusion, 100% of its attendees had committed to purchasing at least one income property form Cashflow Savvy.
