The Cashflow Savvy Property Tour accomplished its mission as it resulted in 100% participation of its prospective clients purchasing at least one income property each.
Matt Theriault, host of one of the more popular real estate investing podcasts on iTunes (http://EpicRealEstateInvesting.com) and full-time real estate investor, co-founded Cashflow Savvy with Mercedes Torres in 2011 after noticing the large number of 65+ year-olds finding themselves financially dependent in their retirement years. It’s Theriault’s belief that the inability for most people to achieve financial independence in retirement lies in their mindset and a failing financial ideology.
“It’s not their fault,” says Theriault. “Residual income is the answer for retirement planning today. Tragically, it’s not taught in any school system that I know of. The rest of the day was set aside for both group and private Q&A sessions over some traditional Southern cuisine.
