Rowell Auctions, Inc. has announced a new National Internet Radio show that will educate listeners on how to make $$$ with Auctions. The show will feature national top real estate & auction leaders to help educate the public. The show will target potential bidders, real estate agents, sellers and other auction firms.
Stanley Tate, CEO of Tate Enterprises of North Miami, Florida was the first guest of the radio show. He was the former head of the RTC or Resolution Trust Corporation, the agency charged by the U.S. Government to sell billions of dollars of real estate from failed savings & loan institutions. Also on the radio show program was Michael Fay, President of the Colliers International office in Miami; Randy Thomas, CEO of Insite Commercial, a firm from Detroit, Michigan; Walter Liff, CEO of Action Auctions, a New Hampshire firm; Marla Webb from Prescient Asset Management, an FDIC Contractor and Tommy Rowell, CEO of Rowell Auctions, a National Auction firm with offices in Florida, New Jersey, California & Georgia.

Douglas G. Dennison is hosting the show. Dennison has 20 years of auction experience and has specialized in large real estate government auctions throughout the country. He has served as auction project manager for the FDIC, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Marshals Service, Small Business Administration (SBA), Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), and U.S. bankruptcy auctions in more than 30 states. During his 20-year auction career Dennison has assisted in the sale of more than 12,000 government and bank-owned properties and cooperated with more than 1,000 real estate brokers nationwide. Dennison has extensive experience with Internet auctions, ballroom auctions, and on-site auctions, all of which will provide timely and effective marketing options for any government entity or financial institution.
