While fireworks will be filling the night sky for the Fourth of July in celebration of Independence day, a new publication named The Real Estate Marketing Insider sees first daylight.
As people all over the United States enjoy the Fourth of July with picnics, parades, and baseball games, the Real Estate Marketing Insider is planning a huge teaching special on how to get real estate leads.
San Diego’s own real estate tycoon, Tobias Nergarden says, "Lead generation for online estate agents has, until now, been hard. This new way of getting real estate leads makes it way easier."
Independence Day is celebrated in memory of the thirteen colonies in North America that declared independence from Great Britain. The Declaration of Independence was approved on July 4th, 1776 therefore this is the day of celebration for Americans.
In 1777, one year after the colonies’ independence, the first Fourth of July was celebrated in Philadelphia. The next year in 1778 George Washington gave his soldiers a double ration of rum for the Fourth of July. In 1779, the celebration was held on July 5th, a Monday, as the 4th fell on a Sunday. In 1781, Massachusetts became the first state to recognize the day as a statewide holiday. The first official celebration was held in 1820 in Eastport, Maine. This celebration became the biggest in the state. In 1870, Congress made the day an unpaid holiday for the federally employed. In 1938, the Fourth of July was made a paid federal holiday by Congress.

Though to be on the safe side when it comes to real estate marketing, there is, according to Tobias Nergarden, only one quality source of how to get real estate leads…and the Real Estate Marketing Insider is it’s name.
