La Jolla, CA (PRWEB) June 29, 2012
On June 28, 2012, The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ruling on Obamacare. The ruling was a large step forward in adopting a more European Socialist public policy for American citizens. At the exact same moment, as the economy is starting to heat up, a capitalist oriented publication, Real Estate Marketing Insider, went live.
Real Estate Marketing Insider is a new online publication providing professionals in the real estate field with valuable insights to new practices and information on how to improve the profitability of their business. Famous marketing expert, Tobias Nergarden, says, "The Real Estate Marketing Insider has completely changed the game of real estate business. It’s, by far, the most valuable one stop source for real estate news." Real Estate Marketing Insider released their first article which provides tips for selling a house or apartment.
On Thursday, Fox News and CNN incorrectly reported the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act stating it had been overturned. The miscommunication spread like wildfire.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), also know in the media as “Obamacare” was recently upheld by the Supreme Court on June 28th, 2012 with a 5-4 ruling that the requirement for individuals to have health insurance would be classified as a tax rather than a penalty. The PPACA is an act, which requires persons that do not have health insurance through their employer or government programs to obtain insurance or pay a tax. The PPACA also requires changes to certain private health insurance rules.
European Socialist Healthcare is a universal healthcare program provided to all European citizens publicly funded through taxation. The level of involvement is based on: who is covered, what services are covered, and how much of the cost is covered. The PPACA, also known as the healthcare reform act, has similar pieces to the European healthcare system.
According to Kiplinger’s Economic Outlook, “Growth will improve slightly in the second half of this year after a springtime slowdown, as job creation picks up, Europe embraces sweeping reforms to avert a financial crisis, and some of the fundamental strengths in U.S. economic prospects overcome the caution that is discouraging spending, hiring and investment.”
With the advent of the Real Estate Marketing Insider and Obamacare’s green light, U.S. Citizens will now have an opportunity to receive healthcare for all and important real estate advice.
