Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) October 5, 2006 -–
The October 2006 issue of Real Estate magazine features an unusual cover. There are no ghosts or goblins, but eNeighborhoods CEO Stu Siegel and President Dave Meyer appear dressed as secret agents to discuss the company’s new eNeighborhoods InstaLead Marketing System.
The cover features the caption, “Don’t be a secret agent – raise your profile and profitability with the InstaLead Marketing System.” The graphic-novel style artwork also features a hidden image that was discovered by RIS Media staff members, who then placed a note on the magazine’s contents page to Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Greg Robertson –Sorry Greg, the jig is up.
Robertson said that he and his marketing team focus on creative promotional campaigns to reach real estate professionals. In the past, Robertson has hired celebrities such as Richard Simmons and Fabio to appear at trade shows and in eNeighborhoods promotions. CEO Siegel has appeared dressed as George Washington, a card shark and Albert Einstein.
“The real estate community is nothing if not creative and resourceful. They have to be in order to market themselves and their services,” Robertson said. “Top agents especially are known for finding ways to create memorable impressions on clients and prospects. We’re here to help agents build their personal brands.”
Siegel said that the company’s InstaLead Marketing System also features a creative approach to lead generation. The system combines sophisticated database mining with personalized direct mail and an integrated suite of real estate agent marketing tools.
“We drew from our extensive data management and mining experience to create a new way to generate non-Internet leads,” said Siegel. “InstaLeads are generated by the InstaLead Marketing System from the company’s extensive residential database of homeowners and renters. Each week, subscribers automatically receive new InstaLeads, and then they have a suite of eNeighborhoods products to convert prospects into clients, repeat clients and referrals.”
“Successful agents need to constantly create new contacts. To break the ice, eNeighborhoods sends each InstaLead a personalized, high-impact postcard with the agent’s photo, logo and contact information,” Siegel continued. “This automates the early stages of lead management so agents can focus on conversion and follow-up.”
eNeighborhoods President Meyer noted that although technology continues to transform real estate marketing, personalized client relationships are still central to agent success.
“We are seeing market conditions drive a new emphasis on building client relationships,” Meyer said. “The goal is not to grab a lead and generate a quick sale, but to develop a system that fosters ongoing, productive relationships. There are all kinds of solutions available. The ones that will succeed are the ones that support ongoing client contact and enable agents to establish themselves as a long-term resource – not just a salesperson.”
