The number of closed sales for attached homes in Cary increased from 40 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 60 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2013.

The real estate performance review for homes in Cary showed an increase in the number of closed sales and the number of new listings for both attached and detached homes.

The number of closed sales for attached homes in Cary increased from 40 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 60 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2013, and the number of closed sales for detached homes rose from 206 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 309 homes for the year ending June 30, 2013. There were mixed results for the median sales price for attached and detached homes for sale. While the median sales price for attached homes decreased from $121,500 for the year ending June 30, 2012 to $99,000 for the year ending June 30, 2013, the median sales price for detached homes rose from $173,750 for the year ending June 30, 2012 to $210,000 for the year ending June 30, 2013.

The Illinois real estate review revealed an upward turn in the number of new listings for homes in Cary. The number of new listings for attached homes rose from 84 new listings for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 96 new listings for the year ending June 30, 2013, and the number of new listings for detached homes increased from 405 new listings for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 477 new listings for the year ending June 30, 2013. There was, however, a decrease in the number of homes for sale for both attached and detached homes. The number of attached homes for sale fell from 42 homes for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 32 homes for the year ending June 30, 2013, and the number of detached homes for sale dropped from 194 homes for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 147 homes for the year ending June 30, 2013.
