The reduction in the number of homes, townhomes, and condos in Fox River Grove for sale and the number of new listings caused a drop in the month’s supply of inventory for both attached and detached homes.

There was an increase of 32.5% in the median sales price for homes, condos, and townhomes in Fox River Grove for April 2013. The median sales price for detached homes actually increased for the third straight year, as the price rose from $175,000 in April 2011 to $176,000 in April 2012 to $233,250 in April 2013. There was also an increase in the number of closed sale for detached homes for April 2013. The number of closed sales for detached homes increased from 5 closed sales in April 2012 to 6 closed sales in April 2013. There were no closed sales for attached homes for sale in the area, so there were no figures available for median sales price, closed sales or market time. The month did show a decrease in the number of homes for sale in Fox River Grove for both attached and detached homes.

The number of attached homes for sale dropped from 9 homes for sale in April 2012 to 2 homes for sale in April 2013, whereas the number of detached homes for sale fell from 49 homes for sale in April 2012 to 33 homes for sale in April 2013. There was also a decrease in the number of new listings for homes for sale for both attached and detached homes.

The number of new listings for attached homes dropped from 1 new listing in April 2012 to no new listings in April 2013, and the number of new listings for detached homes fell from 12 new listings in April 2012 to 8 new listings in April 2013. The reduction in the number of homes, townhomes, and condos in Fox River Grove for sale and the number of new listings caused a drop in the month’s supply of inventory for both attached and detached homes. The month’s supply of inventory for attached homes fell from 6.0 homes in April 2012 to 1.2 homes in April 2013, and the month’s supply of inventory for detached homes dropped from 10.1 homes in April 2012 to 4.8 homes in April 2013. There was an improvement in the market time for detached homes, as the number of days homes remained on the market dropped from 346 days in April 2012 to 49 days in April 2013.
