There was a slight decrease in the number for homes, condos, and townhomes in Tower Lakes for sale in the month of March 2013. In fact, the number of homes for sale has decreased for the last three years, with the number falling from 16 homes for sale in March 2011 to 7 homes for sale in March 2012 to 6 homes for sale in March 2013.

There was also an increase in the month’s supply of inventory, as the number rose from 3.7 homes in March 2012 to 4.0 homes in March 2013.
