Troy Holland co-founded Holland Residentials in 2005 with the goal to be the world's provider of the most luxurious, upscale "boutique" hotels. His hotels would allow visitors to enjoy the luxurious lives of the rich and famous whether they were on a business trip or a vacation.
While growing up, Holland watched his mother get laid off from various companies. Holland enjoyed real estate, but soon realized his true desire was to own and develop his own properties.
