In his new role, Lis is responsible for the strategic direction, overall management, and Profit and Loss (P&L) functions for Velocity, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RealPage. Lis joins RealPage from ista North America, where he has held the position of chief executive officer since 2011. In this role he managed the regional operations and sales efforts of ista, while ensuring profitability and sustainability. Prior to that role, he has served as a senior vice president at American Utility Management, as well as vice president of energy management at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO).
A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in political science, Lis brings more than 24 years of experience in management, sales and marketing and utility billing and bill processing in the multifamily housing industry to RealPage, Inc.
