Red Clay Consulting announced today that it will provide business process advisory services to the Las Vegas Valley Water District (“LVVWD”) to improve existing customer service operations as well as prepare the business for the expansion of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure program. Red Clay will review high priority business processes and identify improvement opportunities that will result in short-term operational benefits, and support the utility’s customer care and billing system upgrade to Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter, a leading customer information (CIS) and meter data management system.
