Van Wart's core responsibilities will be to build the region, train members on referral marketing and manage current and new chapters.

Van Wart brings over twenty years experience in human resource field with expertise in relationship management, training programs, performance and core curriculum development. A member of the Certified Coaches Federation, and a natural networker, Van Wart is a skilled coach and understands the needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Van Wart holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Windsor where he specialized in Drama and Communication Arts. His formal education includes two years of Psychology at York University, courses in Human Resources Management at Sheridan College, as well as earning a Coach Practitioners Certificate from the Certified Coaches Federation.
Van Wart, an avid networker and sports enthusiast, is the father of three, and lives in Mississauga with his wife Janet.
