Wethersfield, CT (PRWEB) June 10, 2013
National HealthCare Associates has acquired five new centers throughout the New England area. All five centers were previously Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation centers.
Representatives from National HealthCare Associates (NHCA) were on-site to ensure a smooth transition of skilled nursing centers. NHCA is an established leader in meeting the needs of the senior health care community and as an employer of choice in their respective communities.
NHCA will incorporate their Passport Rehab into each new center. They look forward to enhancing the services and programs at each location, while building upon proven relations with hospitals, home care providers and other healthcare professionals in each respective community. NHCA is taking a “If it ain't broke - don't fix it" approach to transitioning the centers to the standards of National HealthCare Associates. A comprehensive review of the new centers will be performed to enhance what they are doing, implement their approach for policies and procedures where needed and use their existing experience.
Below are the five centers recently welcomed to the National HealthCare Associates family:
The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation (Marlborough, MA)
