Remember The Miners is excited to announce the a generous $25,000 donation from the Waterfront Place Hotel. The donation was made as part of an annual partnership for Remember The Miners.

Remember The Miners is excited to announce the a generous $25,000 donation from the Waterfront Place Hotel. The donation was made as part of an annual partnership for Remember The Miners.

The Watefront Place Hotel, situated on the picturesque Monongahela River in Morgantown, WV, is among Remember The Miners’ earliest supporters and has served as host of three flagship Remember The Miners events: The Miners Tribute Concert in November 2010, the COAL TV show series premiere, and the Inaugural Bob Huggins Fish Fry.

As an annual partner of the Remember The Miners, the Waterfront Place Hotel will be a key partner in enabling Remember The Miners to live up to its mission in 2012: to be a public awareness campaign that tells the story of America’s coal industry through events, media, and the flagship Remember The Miners Scholars Program.
