Rent 1 & Sale 1 Realty, a national real estate franchise company, has signed a major 1 year development contract with Boalt Advertising, for an undisclosed amount, to develop a state of the art website for lead generation.

The goal is to give the public one of the best search capabilities available for properties both for sale and for rent. It will also provide a back end web-based customer and transaction tracking system for real estate associates and real estate franchise owners.

Daniel Gallien, the founder of Rent 1 & Sale 1 Realty, a former contract software engineer serving the defense industry for companies including General Electric, Grumman and Boeing is combining his years of real estate experience with his engineering background and accounting degree with the expertise of Boalt Advertising to develop a better system for servicing the public's real estate needs. "It is impressive to see Rent 1 & Sale 1 Realty making such a strong commitment to the real estate industry, having worked with the largest real estate franchises in the country, none of them have stepped up to the plate like Rent 1 & Sale 1 Realty", says Bill Teubner President of Boalt Advertising.

Rent 1 & Sale 1 Realty is a real estate franchise company. It is the only company of it's kind, nationally and soon to be globally, that is known for it's "cross-promotion" marketing concept, by servicing renter, buyers, sellers and landlords.

Its business model has a built in hedge against rising interest rates by taking advantage of the inverse correlation between rentals and sales. "It's also only natural to service all of a communities residential real estate needs, not just the glamorous moves", says Mr. Gallien. "Knowledge of both markets is even more important now given the magnitude of investors turned landlords."
