With a 40 year company history and more than 12,000 homes built in the Pacific Northwest, Adair Homes h as positioned itself to continue to grow in Southern Oregon. While the company has had a Medford location for over ten years, the new location in Central Point will allow it to serve Southern Oregon families more efficiently and effectively. Adair began operations at the new facility on December 1, 2008.

The facility - previously the location of Huffman - Wright Logging, has been remodeled.
