Adair Homes, one of the Pacific Northwest's oldest residential homebuilding companies, has constructed custom quality homes in Southern Oregon for over ten years. Adair recently expanded its operations to a new location at 6019 Crater Lake Highway in Central Point, OR.
With a 40 year company history and more than 12,000 homes built in the Pacific Northwest, Adair Homes h as positioned itself to continue to grow in Southern Oregon. While the company has had a Medford location for over ten years, the new location in Central Point will allow it to serve Southern Oregon families more efficiently and effectively. Adair began operations at the new facility on December 1, 2008.
"The economic downturn has hurt the building industry, but Adair continues to experience strong demand from families who desire an affordable, custom quality home for an unbeatable price. Land prices are at their lowest point in many years, and with Adair's ability to offer quality, stick-built homes for less than $50 per square foot and, now is the right time to build for many Southern Oregon families" says Byron Van Kley, Adair's President.
Adair's business model - the Adair Home Building Concept - was pioneered by the company in 1969 and allows for most customers to obtain ownership of their new home with no out-of-pocket investment. Most Adair customers attain $20,000 or more of move-in equity the day they receive the keys to their new home.
The new Adair office location will support construction operations, vehicle and materials storage, sales and customer service. The facility - previously the location of Huffman - Wright Logging, has been remodeled.
