Foodee.com launches their dish and restaurant review website, helping people decide what food to order when dining out. Foodee is a restaurant guide focused on individual dish reviews, instead of just restaurant reviews. Dishes are rated on three categories: taste, presentation, and originality. Restaurants are rated on five categories: overall experience, service, decor, cleanliness, and price.
"It can be tedious to find recommended dishes on most restaurant review websites," said Founder, Enoch Lee. "You have to sort through hundreds of reviews to figure out what people like to order. Foodee was built with the dish in mind so you can instantly find the best food being served at restaurants."
Foodee organizes their dish reviews using a multi-level approach. Dishes are first arranged by restaurant. Then they are organized into categories such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, and sides. Reviews can be sorted based on their ratings and can also include a photo of the dish.
Users can share their favorite foods, drinks, dishes, and restaurants. They can also describe what types of food they are picky about. This information is shown with the reviews so readers can determine how serious or casual the reviews are.
Dishes and restaurants can be found using Foodee’s search engine. Search results are based on a search term and a location. A distance, in miles, can also be specified for the search.
