Originating in 1981 in White Marsh Maryland, Boardwalk is indeed famous for its hand cut fries served boardwalk style complimented by “Old Bay” Seasoning and vinegar and its 100% fresh hand sculpted burgers. With the onset of company growth, Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries is looking at 60 units in the Florida market in the next few years, beginning with their first unit in Boca Raton, Fl. later this year. Our mission is …to locate a Director of Operations for Boardwalk in the Central Florida market. We are actively interviewing for this position.

The ideal candidate for this Restaurant Director of Operations will be someone who is currently employed in a “quick casual” or “casual theme full service” operation as a Director of Operations overseeing 6 or more units currently. Experience in new restaurant openings is essential as is definitive skill in all areas of controllable expenses, P&L’s, staffing and people development, team building, and sales building. We favor candidates who live in the Florida market or who have previously worked in the Florida market…but we will consider all candidates with matching background. Central Florida area is preferred.
