About Retail Lease Trac
Retail Lease Trac, Inc. is a web-based retail tenant information service. Established in 1984 by Atlanta Broker, Harry Berchenko, DJ and Skye Wight purchased Retail Lease Trac in April 2005 from Harry’s daughter, Merle-Leigh Dobb. Retail Lease Trac stemmed from the massive amount of retail contact information gathered by Harry and his staff during the early 1980s. Harry quickly realized his data could be organized and sold to other commercial brokers across the country. This data has morphed over its 25 year history from simple printed “books” and floppy disks to a sophisticated web system designed to help commercial real estate professionals find retail tenants and market their properties. Today they have become the premiere source and tool that savvy retail leasing agents use to fill their vacant spaces.
