EITF Member, Dr. Ashwinpaul "Tony" Sondhi, to Discuss IFRIC Project on Linkage of Contracts and Other Potential Changes Under IFRS

Dr. Sondhi will discuss the IFRIC Project on Linkage of Contracts, examining how US GAAP accounting guidance for linkage - as defined primarily by SOP 81-1 and TPA 5100.39 - compares to international standards and practice. He will also discuss potential implications for Revenue Recognition under merged standards.

Dr. Sondhi is a current member of the Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF) of the FASB and co-author of the 2008 Revenue Recognition Guide.

This one-hour event will be held on Tuesday, August 26th at 1PM Eastern time and will be hosted by Robert O'Connor, President and CEO of Softrax Corporation.
