Author and pastor Rev. Lee W. Turner, TH.D. presents a spiritual guide aimed toward African Americans with his new nonfiction, “The Turner E.A.G.L.E. Technique for Incarnation Centered Spirituality: A Five-Fold Path to Spiritual Wholeness” (published by Trafford Publishing).

Practical and accessible, “The Turner E.A.G.L.E. Technique for Incarnation Centered Spirituality” addresses the need for spiritual transformation within the African American community. Turner identifies the struggles they face and suggests ways to rise above and find spiritual fulfillment.

An excerpt from “The Turner E.A.G.L.E. Technique for Incarnation Centered Spirituality”:

“I know that most young African Americans, between the ages of 15 and 50, are struggling with circumstances in this society, such as racial injustice, and disrespect as an African American person, by those who hold the White supremacy attitude prevalent in our society. I grieve watching you struggle without powerful strategies to meet and positively overcome your experiences in life. I want to help you. I want to help you regain the freedom to dream; I want to help you demand from life the economic justice and judicial justice most often denied you in this society.”

“I want readers to take away from my writing that they have what they need to face life already inside of them,” Turner explains. “They just need to find a practice that works for them as the book points out.”
