Richard brings more than 20 years of multi-channel marketing experience to the Fanatics team and has a strong passion for e-Commerce and customer satisfaction.

Fanatics, Inc., announces the selection of Richard C. Wallet as Senior Vice President, Site Experience. Wallet will report to Alan Trager, CEO and founder of Fanatics, the world's largest online retailer of officially licensed sports merchandise. In his new role, Wallet will be in charge of enhancing user experience for all Fanatics, League, and partner sites.

“Richard brings more than 20 years of multi-channel marketing experience to the Fanatics team and has a strong passion for e-Commerce and customer satisfaction,” said Trager. “We look forward to his insights as we continue to grow our business and give sports fans new and exciting ways to express their fandom.”

Prior to coming on board the Fanatics family, Wallet was executive vice-president of e-commerce at Systemax Technology North America. During his time with Systemax, Wallet directed marketing and operations for the Top 25 North American e-commerce business in the US and Canada, including such brands as TigerDirect.com, CompUSA and Circuit City.

Before Systemax, Wallet co-founded ABS Integration, a retail and B2B consulting service for computer hardware, custom software, and networking. Wallet is a graduate of Hofstra University in New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
