For the two days in early August 2011, Rick Otton and Iven Frangi, experts in the fields of negotiation and persuasion, conducted a 2 Day training entitled ‘Habits of the Masters of Persuasion’. Those selected to attend were taught the high level negotiation techniques that successful people use in both their business and personal lives.
Life, Mr Otton says, presents us situations every day that we can turn to our advantage by employing good negotiation skills.
