Ride-Away, America’s largest provider of wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptive mobility equipment for people with disabilities, has announced Joe Allen as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Joe’s responsibility will include leading all of Ride-Away’s sales initiatives, such as customer satisfaction, customer retention, measuring sales activities, and assisting in the development of many Ride-Away satellite locations.

For the past 14 years, Allen served as the President at Kino Mobility, Inc., which is a leading provider of vehicle modifications for people with disabilities in Canada. Prior to Kino Mobility, Allen headed up the marketing department of a multi-divisional, global manufacturing firm, and in 1986 founded J.A. Allen & Associates. His company specialized in consultancy work and over many years, he and his associates have received hundreds of marketing awards, and have created holistic models for a number of firms to help position their future growth and set strategic implementation paths.
Joe Allen studied Financial Management at The Wharton School, University of Philadelphia, as well as Sales and Marketing at Sheridan College. His experience coupled with his educational background, will allow him to greatly help Ride-Away expand and move forward productively, well into the future.
