Rigaku Analytical Devices, a leading pioneer of handheld and portable spectroscopic analysers, pleased to announce its attendance at the 24th Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Association Forensic Science, being held Thursday, November 8 and Friday, November 9, 2018 at Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo Japan.

The goal of the Japanese Association of Forensic Science and Technology is to promote advances in research and academic development in interdisciplinary science and technology, contributing to examination off crime scenes, accidents and disasters.

Also Featured at the event is the Rigaku ResQ CQL handheld 1064 nm Raman analyzer which offers first responders an advanced method for identifying potential threats in an improved form factor. The enhanced ergonomics, analytical performance and sample presentation of the ResQ CQL analyzer makes it even easier to perform analysis of unknown powders, liquids, gels and mixtures – even in trace amounts using QuickDetect mode.
