ROI Pop Awards $50,000 in Grants to Two Nonprofits for 2011

ROI Pop, Inc., an internet marketing agency is proud to announce the 2011 recipients of their ROI Pop Grant program to Drop in the Bucket and Healthy Child Healthy World. “We started our company to be different, and to make a difference, and today we are doing just that,” stated ROI Pop CEO, Brant Claussen. The grant awards consist of ROI Pop’s professional internet marketing services including pay-per-click advertising management and online strategy development. Drop in the Bucket and Healthy Child Healthy World are both highly-deserving nonprofits with strong foundations of demonstrated effectiveness in creating positive outcomes for the children they serve, and raising awareness to their respective causes. ROI Pop’s Grants will serve to increase their website traffic and click-through rates there-by increasing their online visibility and fundraising efforts.

The first grant was awarded to Drop in the Bucket in April 2011, “The Gift of Water is the Gift of Life” Drop in the Bucket develops and installs innovative water systems from wells and rainwater harvesting tanks to an advanced eco-sanitation system that is the most environmentally responsible, permanent septic system available in rural sub-Saharan Africa. Drop in the Bucket was started by a small community of successful entertainment professionals that were so moved by the overwhelming need for safe water and sanitation in rural sub-Saharan Africa that they simply willed their way to making an incredible difference. The very definition of a “hands-on, boots on the ground” charity, the USA-based team is comprised of 100% volunteers who oversee and participate in every aspect of their cause. Not only do they raise money, but they work with engineers, innovators, government and local community members to both determine locations for the wells and sanitation systems as well as participating in the construction. In less than 5 years they have drilled over 120 wells and positively impacted over 100,000 lives. John Travis, the President and Co-founder of Drop in the Bucket stated, ” We are so happy to be the recipients of this incredible grant and are so thankful to everyone at ROI Pop for everything they have done for us."

ROI Pop's second grant was eagerly awarded to Healthy Child Healthy World, an organization that has become a valuable and trusted resource for parents and communities over the past two decades. Moved to action by their grief over the death of their young daughter to an environmentally related cancer, Nancy and Jim Chuda started an environmental fund for scientific research in her name. Today, millions of America’s children face a historically unprecedented rise in chronic disease and illness such as cancer, autism, asthma, birth defects, and learning disabilities. Credible scientific evidence increasingly points to contaminants in our environment and chemicals in everyday products as causing and contributing to many of these diseases. Healthy Child Healthy World teaches parents how to make easy lifestyle choices that better protect their children.
