Their first concert in the U.S. took place at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino in 1964 where they were booked as a last-minute replacement when the promoter’s deal fell through to bring the Beatles to the Auditorium. Since that moment they’ve been unstoppable significantly influencing rock and roll throughout the decades. The Rolling Stones have earned eight #1 singles and ten consecutive gold albums. The band recently released a greatest hits collection, “GRRR!,” along with a groundbreaking documentary film “Crossfire Hurricane,” and a photographic book “Rolling Stones: 50.”
