Partner Channel Sales Manager. In this role Ms. Dakin-Schwalm will lead the charge toward increasing the partner channel for RoseASP hosting sales and she will also assist in delivering the highest level of customer service in the market.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, working with companies large and small, Ms. Dakin-Schwalm has a proven skillset from which RoseASP partners and customers will soon reap the benefits. She is a former Major Account Executive for Microsoft’s Public Sector team where she managed nine large government accounts in Southern California. Prior to that, she had been a Solutions Specialist covering Microsoft’s Collaboration Suite for customers in the Western United States for more than seven years.

Ms. Dakin-Schwalm is a graduate from University of Phoenix, has an extensive background in new business development, customer service, program management, consulting, enterprise software, and cloud computing. She has won awards from Microsoft for both her technical expertise, and exceptional customer service based on customer response surveys.
