It's great to know that when you come to this meeting, you are learning from and talking with the best of the best. These are some of the most innovative and respected cosmetic dentists in the world.
San Diego, CA (Vocus) April 26, 2010
Grapevine, Texas will be host to the world’s largest association of professionals in the field of cosmetic dentistry. The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) is holding its annual meeting – a 5-day gathering of dentists and dental professionals from across the globe – at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center. The 26th Annual AACD Scientific Session, with this year’s theme ‘What’s the Big Idea?’, is designed to bring together thousands of dental professionals to showcase and learn about the latest advances in cosmetic dentistry. The AACD is made up of more than 7,000 members from around the world, and its annual meeting is attended by doctors, students, educators, researchers, and others who come from a variety of professional backgrounds and who have something to offer to the cosmetic dental field. As in years past, Rosemont Media™, a company specializing in medical website design and search engine marketing strategies, will be attending the event to learn about new trends in cosmetic dentistry and meet with professionals on how they can increase their visibility in the virtual world.
For Keith Humes, Rosemont Media™’s Chief Executive Officer, this will be his 13th year attending the AACD meeting and trade show. He says one of the best parts about the event is the level of professionalism he encounters each year. “It’s great to know that when you come to this meeting, you are learning from and talking with the best of the best. These are some of the most innovative and respected cosmetic dentists in the world.”
Humes’ company specializes in consulting and website design for dentistry professionals including general, cosmetic, and restorative dentists, as well as orthodontists and others in the dental field. Humes says Rosemont Media™ uses top designers and writers to create marketing strategies that work for both big-city dentists and those in suburban and rural areas, and with the ever-changing world of the internet, he says now is the time when effective and creative approaches can make a world of difference. “Right now, the internet has a huge box of tools from which you can draw. With internet video, personalized blogs, creative design, search engine optimization, and a vast network of social media outlets like Facebook and YouTube, dentists can really reach out to their communities in a whole new set of ways. This is such an exciting time and an excellent opportunity for dentists to establish their presence on the worldwide web.” Humes says Rosemont Media™ offers medical and dental marketing consulting that is ethical and unbiased, focusing on giving dentists exclusivity in their markets. He also says some of the chief benefits of what Rosemont Media™ can do for its clients is to give them truly customized websites, as well as total control over content. “We offer the best of both worlds – a website uniquely tailored to the tastes of our client, plus the ability to manage, update, and revise your own content whenever you wish, without having to rely on an outside web administrator. Dentists should have the tools necessary to use their websites as both an educational resource and as a method of reaching out to the community. We can give that to them.”
Humes says he will be meeting with dental professionals from across the spectrum at this year’s AACD meeting on how they can make their websites effective and innovative, ultimately relaying their message to the public. He says the possibilities of cosmetic dentistry and the skills and expertise shown each year at the annual conference are a harbinger of just how far the field has come… and where it’s headed in the future. “The quality of AACD members and this organization’s commitment to excellence in cosmetic dentistry make for some of the best meetings I’ve attended. These people are the future of dentistry.”
Rosemont Media™ will be located at booths 303 and 305 at AACD’s 26th Annual Meeting at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. The event begins on Tuesday, April 27th and ends Saturday, May 1st, 2010. More information can be found on Rosemont Media™’s Dental Search Engine Marketing blog.
