RSS (Really Simple Syndication), has been mainly the domain of bloggers and up to now many small businesses have shied away from the commitment and time needed to build a blog. However, RSS has been building a ground swell of users among large enterprises such as Go Daddy Software. Gary Reid, CEO of Fedafi, explained the background to Fedafi, “It was while helping a friend of mine, who runs a small business, simplify and better manage his communications that the lack of a viable solution became apparent. He didn’t have the time or inclination to start blogging but wanted the benefits RSS could give. It was then I decided to start the Fedafi project.”

Fedafi opens the channel outside the blog. RSS is capable of delivering information, special offers and a wide variety of media direct to users, including MP3’s, movies and PDF’s. Gary added, “With the introduction of live bookmarking in FireFox and Windows Live users have a way of transparently accessing RSS, but not every website has the ability to deliver RSS. As more and more people just don’t want to part with their email address to be kept up to date with company information, RSS becomes a natural addition to a websites means of communication. It’s fast, simple and spam free.”

Fedafi’s simple tracking plugs the statistics gap associated with many of the alternative ways of building RSS feeds, such as a blog. Graphs in the dashboard show an overall picture for each feed but users can also download comprehensive excel data on user behaviour, an absolute must for any serious marketer.

Fedafi launches with a host of features that start from the simplicity of the install.
