Recruiting Trends, a leading resource for the employee recruitment industry, has announced that it will hold two conferences next year: a spring and a fall event.
Recruiting Trends Spring Conference 2014 will take place Apr. 2-4 at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in the Washington, D.C. metro area; Recruiting Trends Fall Conference 2014 will take place Oct. 28-30 at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Aimed at providing recruiters, sourcers, talent acquisition managers, and other HR and recruiting professionals with the opportunity to expand their knowledge, find solutions to today’s most pressing challenges, and network – all in a highly interactive, dynamic learning environment, Recruiting Trends conferences cover a wide range of topics, including basic recruiting, talent acquisition leadership, social media, Big Data, employer branding, quality of hire, and more.
In connection with announcing next year’s event dates, Recruiting Trends has also announced that it is accepting speaker proposals for Recruiting Trends Spring Conference 2014. Speaker proposals should be sent to Anna Brekka, Director of Recruiting Trends, anna(at)recruitingtrends(dot)com.
Recruiting Trends Spring Conference 2014 will focus on how best-in-class recruiting organizations are positioning themselves for the future. Speaker proposals with attention to this theme will receive special consideration.
“For the spring conference, we are particularly interested in speaker proposals that share best practices in employer branding, candidate engagement, streamlined hiring processes, data usage, and low-cost technology solutions that improve the candidate experience,” says Anna Brekka, Director of Recruiting Trends.
Speaker proposals for Recruiting Trends Spring Conference 2014 will be accepted through Oct. 15.
