Rusty Wallis Honda, a Dallas Honda dealer, recently earned the Customer Satisfaction Experience Award from Honda corporate.
The award, which is based on results of customer surveys, is earned by dealerships who achieve a customer satisfaction score of at least 92 out of 100. Rusty Wallis Honda is the only store in Dallas/Fort Worth area that has won the award five years in a row.
“Dallas/Fort Worth is historically one of the most difficult districts to compete in, so it’s an honor to receive this recognition,” said James Higdon, service director. “We have an excellent group of employees here, and it’s a pleasure working with them and working for Mr. Wallis. That’s what makes the difference.”
Honda corporate issues the Standard Service Experience Survey to all Honda dealership customers. The survey includes 30 questions in the categories of quality, convenience, customer treatment, and value.
