Buyer Satisfaction Survey Honors Sabal Homes of South Carolina for the 3rd Year.

A passion for exceptional customer satisfaction has earned Sabal Homes of South Carolina its third Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction. This is the top honor bestowed by GuildQuality, an independent national firm that uses customer surveys to assess satisfaction in the homebuilding and remodeling industry.

“It’s gratifying to see that what matters most to us is also what matters most to our customers,” says Jason Simpson, a Sabal Homes founder and vice-president. “While many builders can construct a quality home, we know that open communication with customers gives us the insight we need to exceed expectations. We’re honored with this prestigious recognition.”

The Guildmaster Awards recognize construction and real estate companies with a history of superior service. Customers assess their performance in categories including timeliness, courtesy of staff and punch list completion. But the most important criterion is how likely the buyer would be to recommend the company to others.

Participants must earn the recommendation of at least 90 percent of survey respondents; Sabal Homes has consistently achieved near 100 percent. The builder analyzes every opinion survey completed and uses the information to create new programs and improve operations.

“Sabal Homes is part of an elite group of builders and real estate firms that continue to deliver excellence, year after year,” commented GuildQuality president Geoff Graham. “In fact, Sabal is one of only six businesses that have won the top award three times. I commend Jason Simpson, Matt Jones and Todd Ussery for their dedication.”

Simpson added that the award has particular significance in view of current economic challenges. “These days homebuyers are appropriately cautious about their choice of builders. When a buyer selects us, we take that responsibility very seriously and do all that we can to make the home, and the experience we create for them, the best possible.”

All Sabal homes undergo a multi-level quality assurance inspection process with active homeowner participation. Customers are kept informed every step of the way.
