Finding Homes for You, Inc. became the first real estate company in the St. Louis area to launch the "Homes for Sale" GPS mobile application for mobile phones. The mobile technology, powered by Smarter Agent, uses mapping capabilities to determine user location and provide St. Louis and St. Charles real estate information and listings for all homes for sale in a designated radius. The program also works on phones without GPS, and allows the consumer to search for real estate in a particular area other than their current location.
The application shows all publically allowable information, including number of bedrooms and bathrooms, price, square footage, estimated mortgage, taxes, property details and pictures on the consumer's cell phone.
