Lamson, an industry expert in sales, service and management, comes to Aslan with over 15 years of experience. Most recently, Lamson held the position of Director of Customer Solutions for North America and Europe at American Power Conversion (APC), where he managed 250 sales agents working with customers around the globe. Under Lamson's leadership, customer satisfaction at APC rose to an all time high and call center revenue increased by $28 million over five years. In addition, Lamson's extensive industry experience has earned him speaking engagements for a variety of organizations, including the Institute for International Research, the Help Desk Institute, and the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
