LEADTRACK announces the launch of LEADTRACK™ on Demand (LTOD), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales lead management solution using cloud computing technology. LEADTRACK's history of developing a number of successful lead management software tools led to the creation of an easy to use web-based solution.

Unlike many lead management software providers, LEADTRACK does not offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, each company or individual user receives customized attention. A number of options are available. LTOD can be easily customized for each user and is hosted on LEADTRACK servers. LEADTRACK's client server product is installed at the customer premise. Whether the solution is on premise or on demand each solution is personally configured for each customer and is supported by live US based customer service.

"With three decades of experience in providing lead management tools, we know that the solution must be both affordable and easy to use," says James A. LaBelle, President of LEADTRACK. Mr. LaBelle has used his experience as an executive in the wireless and wireline communications fields and a passion to improve the automation of the sales lead process to help develop software to increase marketing and sales accountability. "The current economic situation reminds us every day how precious each sales lead can be--our solutions make tracking sales leads easy and remove the chance for error to maximizes results without breaking the bank."

While previous software solutions were targeted towards b2b clients, the new LTOD software is also useful for a number of other segments of the market, including health science, insurance, finance and real estate and can be used by proprietor-run businesses or small to large corporations. In 2009 in addition to the introduction of a SaaS solution, software improvements include enhanced functionality, added tools, linkage to Microsoft Outlook and improved reporting output leading to further ease of use.

LaBelle adds, "In developing LEADTRACK™ on Demand, we made sure the solution was geared to meet the client's needs, not ours. We recognize the uniqueness not only of each company, but of each individual user as well." This has led to the creation of the most usefully intuitive LEADTRACK product yet.
