SalesStaff LLC principals, David Balzen and Bryan Brorsen, have developed a Leads for Needs program where the company will donate to selected non-profits based on company performance. SalesStaff calls on non-profits to submit their organization for consideration of charitable donations in the Leads for Needs program.

Annually, B2B sales outsourcing company SalesStaff LLC schedules many thousands of sales appointments and generates tens of thousands of leads on behalf of their various clients. SalesStaff has developed a program called “Leads for Needs” where the company will donate a set dollar amount for every Appointment and Lead submitted by their inside sales team on the first week of each month.

In the Leads for Needs program, every month a different charity will receive a gift according to SalesStaff’s performance. SalesStaff is calling on all non-profit organizations that wish to be considered to fill out a form on their website.

The idea for the program took shape when SalesStaff President Bryan Brorsen was having a dialogue with a long-time customer whose son suffered a prenatal stroke. In this child’s case, his parents were able to get him extensive therapy and he is recovering as a result. Many children aren’t as fortunate, and SalesStaff was introduced to a charity (http://www.chasa.org) where donations would directly fund therapy for children affected by prenatal or childhood stroke. SalesStaff organized a successful charity drive in short order, which led to the decision for SalesStaff to commit to a similar monthly charity drive.

“As a company, we feel blessed in many ways and have a good history of charitable donations,” said Bryan Brorsen, SalesStaff President. “What I like about this program is that our team members get to participate and have an impact on the amount of the donation. The feedback was overwhelming from our team; in fact, many SalesStaff team members sent me private notes explaining how great it is to be putting others first and how they felt good knowing that their efforts were helping others.”
