The extraordinary success of Lexington’s Saluda River Club, winner of the prestigious Best in American Living Award, – and ongoing demand for new homes within the luxury riverfront community – has led to the addition of two members to its management team. Andy White, Lifestone Communities, LLC partner, is pleased to welcome Kara Powell as Director of Business Development and Lisa Smith as Marketing Director.

With more than $30 million in sales in the past three years, Saluda River Club has become the most successful new home community in South Carolina history. “We’re honored with the distinction and excited about continuing the success of Saluda River Club.” says White.

The focus is currently on meeting the historic demand for the community’s unique blend of amenity-rich homes and a lifestyle sought by many of today’s new home buyers. “Kara and Lisa are experienced local real estate pros who are uniquely qualified to assist as we continue to raise the bar on lifestyle, gracious homes and customer service,” he adds.

At Saluda River Club, Kara works closely with local outside agents and partners with local employers relocating personnel to the Columbia/Lexington area.

Lisa Smith is marketing and sales professional with a solid track record in South Carolina real estate. She gained experienced with Shumaker Homes and Palmetto Traditional Homes. Lisa manages Saluda River Club’s marketing efforts, including advertising and overall communication strategy.

“Both Kara and Lisa bring extraordinary customer and agent relationship experience to our team,” adds Andy White. Their talent will help Saluda River Club reach new levels of sales and satisfaction in 2011 and beyond, he adds.

Saluda River Club offers executive estates on large wooded lots, comfortable family homes, townhomes and charming cottages priced from
