‘A Handbook for First Time Managers’ offers tools, tips and advice to establish effective leadership

In her practical new guidebook, “A Handbook for First Time Managers: Critical Pointers That New Managers Need to Know to Succeed in Their Managerial Role” (published by Trafford Singapore), author Salwana Ali shows managers how to be more effective in their leadership roles.
